Q:
What is the exact symbolic meaning of this design?
Asked by:
Sandra
- 3/26/2024
A:
Sandra,
The five-pointed star represents the four elements, earth, fire, water, and air. The uppermost point represents spirit or the essence of Divinity. The inner circle represents the female aspect of Divinity and the outer circle represents the male aspect of Divinity. The five interlocking circles echo the 5 points of the star, and add some Celtic creativity to the design.
