This was The Blessed Bee’s set up for the last few years we were at festivals. A canvas circus tent for merchandise, a larger tent for merchandise and a kitchen area, and a sitting area in the back with our sleeping tent. Our colorful display of sarongs and tapestries lined the main trail, adding to the festive atmosphere. When you walked by, you noticed the the smell of incense.
Our Story.
Welcome to TheBlessedBee.com, a woman-owned, family-run metaphysical store serving the Pagan, Wiccan, and witchcraft community since 1991, and online since 1997.
But The Blessed Bee didn't begin as an online store.
Where it all began... The Blessed Bee at one of the many Pagan festivals we attended throughout the Southeast. This was one of the very early set ups we had.
It began beneath the trees at Pagan festivals, where I sold handmade ritual clothing that I created for my own spiritual practice. Before long, I began adding jewelry, altar tools, herbs, candles, and other ritual items. What started as a way to supplement my income as a theatrical costume designer gradually grew into a full-time business built on something much more meaningful than merchandise.

Behind the large shop tent, was our campsite, our more private area. At the entrance was our coven banner and altar, where all were invited to place their offerings or intentions.
The conversations.
For nearly twenty years, my booth became a gathering place where people stopped to ask questions, share stories, and seek guidance. Helping someone discover the perfect athame, explaining the symbolism of a pentacle, or suggesting the right herb or incense for a particular intention became just as rewarding as making the sale.
Many conversations were had and much advice was given in the private area behind our sleeping tent at the edge of the lake.
When it came time to retire from traveling to festivals, I simply brought those conversations online.
Today, The Blessed Bee continues that same tradition of personal service, only now we're able to reach practitioners across the country.

I'm Lady A., and I've spent nearly four decades studying and practicing the Craft. I'm a Third Degree Initiate in a British Traditional-style Wiccan lineage, though my personal practice has grown into an eclectic path over the years. For nearly twenty years I led a teaching coven, offering classes, rituals, pastoral counseling, and guidance to seekers from many different backgrounds.
