Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and can be found in your shopping cart once all your purchases have been added by entering your zip code in the "Calculate Shipping" box.  Shipping is most often by Priority Mail which has a tracking number.  We try to get all orders out the door within 1-3 business days.  If you need something fast, contact us at: [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Expedited shipping charges may apply.  Our packaging is neutral with a return address of The Blessed Bee and nothing else to indicate contents.  If our packaging looks odd, it's because we recycle as much packing material as we can.  Sorry, we only ship to US addresses.


We want you to be happy with your purchase and if something is not right, we want to know and make it right.  Please contact us immediately by email at: [email protected] and let us know what the problem is.  Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us. It will slow the process.  If we goofed or something is damaged, we will replace, exchange, or refund the item with no additional shipping costs to you.  If you find you just didn't like the merchandise, we will happily issue you a store credit, exchange, or refund your money, but you will be charged for the additional shipping.  We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges after 30 days past the purchase date.
